  • What is health coaching and how can it help me?
    Health coaching is a personalized process where I work with you to set and achieve health and wellness goals. My focus is on helping busy professionals integrate sustainable changes into their daily lives to improve longevity, energy, and work-life balance. Together, we create a plan that’s tailored to your needs.
  • Do I need a lot of time to follow the program?
    Absolutely not! My job is to help people with busy lives implement small but powerful changes to their routine. Each plan is tailored to your schedule, with practical strategies that fit even the busiest days.
  • What is biohacking and how does it work in coaching?
    Biohacking is the practice of optimizing your body and mind through small adjustments such as nutrition, sleep, supplementation, and technology. In my coaching program, I use biohacking principles to help you maximize your energy and health in a personalized way, always based on science.
  • How do I know if this program is for me?
    If you are 40 or older and feel that your lifestyle is impacting your health, energy and well-being, this program is for you. It is ideal for those who are short on time but want to make significant changes that will improve their quality of life and longevity.
  • Can coaching help me lose weight or improve my diet?
    Yes! Many of my clients want to improve their diet, lose weight or simply have more energy. Through simple and sustainable strategies, I will help you adjust your diet and eating habits in a practical way, without complications.
  • How does the coaching process work?
    The process begins with an initial consultation where we assess your current goals and challenges. From there, I develop a personalized plan based on your goals. Sessions can be conducted online for your convenience, and follow-up is ongoing to ensure that changes become lasting. The program usually lasts 12 weeks and we have sessions every two weeks. We will have some "outside the box" sessions such as "study visits" to assimilate the concepts and habits in a more consistent and fun way.
  • Do I need to be at a specific level of health to start?
    No. Health coaching is tailored to any point in your journey. Whether you’re just starting to focus on your health or already have an active lifestyle, I can help you optimize and adapt strategies to your current state.
  • With so much technology and Artificial Intelligence available, do I still need a health coach?
    While AI offers useful tools, the value of health coaching goes far beyond data and algorithms. Coaching offers a personalized approach, based on empathy and understanding your unique needs. AI can help monitor some aspects of your health, but it can’t adapt to your reality, motivate, and guide lasting changes like a human coach. True transformation comes from the combination of technology and human support, and that’s where my work makes all the difference.
